Grown Ups yesterday. (Saturday) Due to the fact that my di wouldn't listen to me and bathe earlier, we were kinda late for the movie. (sorta on time.) And because it was dark and all, being the blind me, we sat at the wrong seats. .__. But nevermind. (: It was quite funny with mature themes. *ahem* But overall I think it was quite good. But I really wonder how the parents of the young actors/actresses have reacted because their children are acting in a movie with sorta mature themes. :/ Not a very good influence for them IMOH.
I think that's all for now. Today (Sunday) was spent sleeping after coming home from Church and washing the hamster's cage and all. Still not feeling so good, like some sort of a bad headache but it's not really a headache and it's even harder to sleep even when I'm really tired. TORTURE. .__. I think I might be sleep deprived and my body is acting up, not sure. Wish I could take a really effective medicine to help me sleep properly. I think I dream too much.
And the medicine aggravates my gastric. SHUCKS. ): And my phlegm was almost choking me yesterday. But it's better now. (:
I think my hair growth rate is slower now. (which is terrible! *gasp*) I really want to just grow out my rebonded hair, cause now it's more obvious with my normal hair growing. I have natural waves so it's like natural wave kind then straight hair. Of course it's alright if your whole head of hair was straight. (like duh!) Maybe I should trim the ends of my hair again. I really like cutting my own hair. :D I haven't been to cut my hair for almost a year plus plus. (: And also, I don't really like people cutting my hair because I don't know how to tell them what I want. Later they anyhow cut then so sian.
Like for example, they always layer my hair too much, especially the fringe. So it becomes really dry in a way. (like grass grass) So if I can cut my own hair, why not? What for go waste money for something that you don't like?
Of course rebonded hair is really nice, all shiny, smooth, straight and pretty. But that needs to be maintained. Because once your natural hair grows in, the 2 kind of hair don't go together anymore. And worse, if your hair starts breaking like mad and frizzes at the snapped end. Goodness! So, there would be 2 choices.
1. Rebond your hair again. ($money$)
2. Wait for your natural hair to grow while having a head of broken frizzed out hair. (ugly ttm)
The first time, I chose choice number 1. Yups, and rebonded my hair again. And my hair seemed browner because I think rebonding makes it so. And of course it was so nice to touch and see. SO SHINY! But as time went by, the natural hair grows and the breaking starts.
But I found out that it was because of the chemicals they used to rebond your hair, the hair gets weaker and breaks easily. So I risked it all by choosing choice number 2. My hair was really messy and horrible to the extend that I didn't like letting down my hair. Because the hair breaks, there would be this obvious puff made up of broken hair. It wasn't so bad at first because the puff started from the roots so it just made my hair looked pong-pong. But as it grew down, it's kinda weird. Oh and the puff shows when my hair is tied up. .-.
So now maybe it's going to take 2 years or something for me to grow out of the rebonded hair. ): And I vow never to rebond my hair again. I missed my curls, wonder if they would come back. ):
And I have just blabbed about my hair, wow.
And I took pics of my hair with flash some time ago to see what colour it is. And it really looks very unnatural, especially the rebonded part.
That's just me.
So reddish-y brown. :/ Unnatural much.
But of course, my hair doesn't look like that without flash. And it doesn't have the obvious brown that people who dyed their hair have. (cause mine is super dark brown.) But it's still nice to know that my hair is brown. That is so coooooooool! Cause normally people have black hair, which I don't really like. But sometimse I wish it was browner and would be more obvious. So I wouldn't be tempted to go dye my hair even though it's brown already. (super dark brown)
But you know what's the worse part? People with black hair and dyed their hair those light brown or something with their roots showing. Ugly ttm. I really cannot stand it lor. If your hair is naturally black, you should dye something closer to your hair shade like dark brown so when your roots grow, it ain't so obvious. Unless you're rich with a lot of money to spend to keep dying your roots over and over again, then it's fine with me. If not don't!
But I think hair to anyone is really important. It defines your face shape, don't you think so? And how certain hairstyles can make you look prettier while others make you not so pretty. So hair is really important. *nods* If my hair were to grow at a faster rate, I think I might dare try different hairstyles. (more of the fringe) But it grows awfully slow so, no. :D
Okay, enough of my blabbing already. Good night. :D
