oral was so-so.

oral wasn't that bad. (: hahas, even though i didn't even memorise anything at all. but i think the teacher was real nice, she helped me finish my sentence and stuff. (: don't know what's her name but i think she's cute. XD

thought i was gonna be late for school, but i wasn't. left the house, then i felt something *piak!* onto my shoulder. then i was like O.O, can't be so suay bahh, kena bird shit. so i was hoping it was not. so i used my finger to go touch it (quite dumb. ._.) but nothing there. i guess a water droplet from the leaves of the tree dropped on my shoulder. XD scared myself for nothing.

was super wet (as in cause i sweat mahh). yups. and the sc say what very soon our turn le. then his very soon is like 40 minutes plus? lols.

went outside the hall. suddenly felt like pee-ing. gahhhs. bad timing. but held it in. .-. drank water and it was time to go. and in the hall, i felt like drinking water again. ):

was super nervous (cause i didn't prepare) and while reading the passage, i kept pausing to catch my breath (nervous = breathing rate increases.). and while at the last paragraph, she asked me to stop reading. which made me very worried cause the only thing i know why the teacher asks you stop is because you read until very badly. so i was ):. but she said is that part don't need read de. *phew!*

and blah blahs. :O

due to the many days i didn't blog, lots of stuff i wanted to write about got lost in my head. but it's okay, decided to write something else. might be quite long.

kays, so what's that something else? i'm gonna write out 2 of my poems! (now 3) ^^ one was for the poety express (which got full marks. whooooos~). and the other was for the response to global warming (which i used the textbook for reference). enjoy! ^^

*warning* the first poem might be a bit sadistic, but that's the only way to write it with that title.

From Abuse to Euphoria and Anything in Between

Laying down on the cold cold floor,
I was staring into darkness and nothing more.
From the many days that I did not eat,
I was left there feeling so tired and weak.

I was all alone and hurt,
All covered with filth and dirt.
All day I was groaning in pain,
And I thought I was going insane.

From the days you brought me here,
There was never once I did not shed a tear.
The day to day routing you did to me,
Only left me in misery.

You started off abusing me sexually,
And I was begging for your mercy.
You were like a ferocious lion so big and strong,
But you knew in your heart that it was all wrong.

You experimented on me in many different ways,
By which some you were amazed.
Sometimes I thought you were inhumane
Or maybe you like me had gone insane.

From the hot water you poured on me,
To the piercings of sharp objects in my knee.
And my skin you sliced off with a knife,
And the food that I was deprived.

There were many more things you have done to me,
And I could only endure them helplessly.
But I kept reminding myself of the past we used to have,
When you used to love, care and share.

All this has to come to an end,
For this torture was not meant for Man.
Hearing those voices whispering silently,
I smiled and got up wearily.

Click! Door opens and he is back,
Ready for his next attack.
Lying down helplessly too tempting to resist,
He got down and gave me his final kiss.

I took out the weapon I prepared,
His life that I will not spare.
I stabbed him hard; he's begging me now,
I would not stop, that was my vow.

Happiness engulfed my whole being,
Is this what I should be doing?
Excitement gushes over me,
As my face lit up with glee.

My heartbeats get faster,
As my heart turns colder.
What fun, what joy, what thrill,
It is to be able to kill.

I looked at my own hands all covered with blood,
I saw his eyes bot fully closed shut.
I know what I did was too cruel,
And I broke out in a mental laughter.

My laugh sent shivers down my spine,
How could I kill my own kind?
One thing I know that I am free,
But not forever, not for eternity.

For I know that my guilt will haunt me for the rest of my life.

muahahahas~ XD kays, you may be thinking charissa is some sicko who writes these kind of things but i'm not. (: next one up. :D

Global Warming

Our beautiful Earth, our beautiful land,
All destroyed because of selfish men.
Living in fear because of global warming,
What terrible effects does it bring?

Both the weather and climate would be affected.
And many creatures may become endangered.
Pests like flies and mosquitoes multiply and thrive,
Causing widespread epidemics affecting many lives.

Soon out lands would be flooded from melting ice-caps,
And some low-lying areas may be wiped out from world maps.
Rising in sea levels causes contamination of fresh water,
And the problem of water constraints gets no better.

Global warming does not stop here but goes global,
So co-operation among countries is very crucial.
We can also use renewable clean energies,
Which are adopted by many countries.

Each one of us has an important part to play,
If not there would be a hefty price to pay.
Conserve energy and use the public transport,
Walk or cycle if the journey is short.

Love what we have and appreciate,
Protecting the environment is something that cannot wait.
You would find that it was all worth,
In an effort to save the Earh.

maybe i can be a poet. XD but will definitely drain all my brain juice.

oh oh. maybe i should write down another poem, from last year's e lit. :D

Save the Earth

I'm going to tell you a story,
Of this BIG great ball I know,
And after this you'll be sorry,
That you were once so cold.

" Once upon a time,
In this BIG great ball.
Birds with little minds,
Could sing a happy call.

They would fly up in the air,
Not knowing where they'll go.
They'll normally go in pairs,
Fluttering to and fro.

Now the creatures left on land,
Roam freely as they please,
On mud or even sand,
and some in tall green trees.

Swimming in the deep sea,
Unfolds a magical mystery.
With lives ever so care-free,
Not like a busy bee. "

This story sounds so perfect,
But it is not the end.
We ought to make a pact,
And give a helping hand.

" "HONK! HONK! BEEP! BEEP!"
The usual sounds on the busy street.
"SHHK! SHHK! CLEEP CLEEP!"
The familiar tunes of shuffling feet.

The world we once knew is changing,
With technology getting better.
Humans start polluting and destroying,
By cutting down trees hectare by hectare.

Cries of plea "Help me! Help me!" could be heard,
From the innocent lives suffering because of us.
They have been physically and emotionally hurt,
So sparing a thought for them is a MUST.

Everything is starting to slow down,
As this ball starts sighing.
She doesn't feel it's safe and sound.
As our beautiful planet is dying. "

Now let's end there and reflect,
The mistakes because of carelessness.
It's something that we would all lack,
And that is THOUGHTFULNESS.

I hope my story has got through you,
And you'll spread happiness with your love.
Stop hurting her you better do,
Because we need to save the Earth.

when needed to write a poem, i'll be like "it's impossible!" but then later write le, after having some inspiration. you wouldn't really believe it that it's your work. (: that's what i love about poems.

shall end it here. <3
